Joint Service Review 2015
Our vision is to establish the Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps as a beacon to the OSU campus where the strength of commitment shared by our midshipmen, officer candidates and Marines will foster an environment of mutual support and dedication that will rival the strongest fraternal organizations on campus and provide the finest junior officers to the naval fleet.
