On May 2nd, all Oregon State University ROTC units came together for the annual Joint Service Review (JSR), a tradition since 1916 that highlights the professionalism and unity of OSU’s Army, Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force ROTC programs.

This year’s event was hosted by Army ROTC and reviewed by Colonel Ballard, who honored the formation with his presence and shared remarks on leadership and service. His participation added distinction to a time-honored tradition.

Held on the Memorial Union Quad, the event featured a formal pass-in-review, showcasing the precision and discipline of each branch. Family, friends, and supporters gathered to recognize the dedication of OSU’s future military leaders.

A special thanks to COL Ballard and to Army ROTC for organizing a successful and memorable review.
