On May 3rd, all Oregon State University ROTC units came together for the annual Joint Service Review (JSR). This annual OSU ROTC tradition dates back to 1916. This event involves a parade and review of the Army, Air Force, Navy, and Marine ROTC units of OSU.

This year the event was reviewed by Colonel Morgan G. Mann, USMC Retired. Colonel Mann enlisted in the Marine Corps in 1982, serving as a cannon crewman with 5th Battalion, 14th Marines until receiving an NROTC scholarship in 1989. He commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in 1992 and served until retiring as a Colonel in October of 2019.

Great job to MIDN 2/C Jack Haldeman who was the Officer-In-Charge (OIC) of this event this year! Also, a big thank you to everyone who showed their support!
